Service Description

$318 deposit is required to reserve your charter. Remaining balance of trip cost is due prior to departure of trip (cash, credit/debit card, Venmo, or Zelle accepted) A 15-20% tip for the crew is customary. Payment methods list above are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES-$500 deposit is required to reserve the charter. ($300 for pleasure cruise). Remaining balance of trip cost is due prior to departure of trip (cash, credit/debit card, Venmo, or Zelle accepted). A 15-20% tip for the crew is customary. Payment methods listed above are accepted. All credit card transactions are subject to a processing fee. Deposit is non-refundable within 14 days of the trip. If canceled outside of the 14 day window, deposit will be honored within 1 year of booking date. If forecasted wind exceeds 20 mph or precipitation is above 60%, and trip is canceled by the client within 48 hours of the trip, the deposit will be honored within 1 year of trip date. Full refund of deposit if charter is canceled by the captain if weather is determined unsafe or any other unforeseen circumstance. (Credit card processing fees non-refundable). If no contact is made, trip is considered a "no show" after 30 minutes of departure time. Deposit will be forfeited.
